Why We Have Policies at Our Holistic Salon

Our Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Any/all cancellations or modifications must be made with a minimum or 24 hours notice

  • Any cancellations or modifications with less than 24 hours notice are considered a Late Cancellation

  • Late cancellations or No Shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment

  • Appointment confirmations are provided via SMS text and/or email 3 days before an appointment

  • Phone calls are made, text messages and/or emails are sent again 2 days before an appointment if not confirmed

  • Failing to confirm any appointment does not count as a cancellation

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. If time permits, our stylist will proceed with an adjusted service (e.g., no blow-dry).

Accepted Forms of Payment
For safety reasons, we currently accept only credit cards for payments. Gratuity can be paid via credit card, cash, or Venmo.

Satisfaction Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within one week. While we do not offer refunds, you can schedule a service adjustment with your stylist. We do not provide refunds for used hair products, but gently used items may be exchanged or credited toward retail purchases.

Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing additional guests or children (unless they are receiving a service) to the salon. This helps us provide the best possible service for everyone.
